Royal Kentish Camino pt 3: Lyminge to Folkestone | 13km approx

On this third section of the Camino, you’ll walk in the footsteps of Princess Eanswythe, granddaughter of Queen Bertha, and niece of Queen Etheburga, who founded a minster in Folkestone. As we travel together, we’ll talk about what draws people to pilgrimage - whether it’s reflection, renewal, curiosity, or simply the joy of being outdoors - and we’ll touch on the history of other famous walking routes that have inspired seekers for centuries. This stretch of the Camino opens into sweeping clifftop views and passes a trig point as we descend to the coastal path.
