Every day, you’ll visit a historic church: St Martin’s in Canterbury, St Mary and St Ethelburga in Lyminge, and St Mary and St Eanswythe in Folkestone. Day 1 begins at St Martin’s, Canterbury—the very place where St Augustine’s mission to convert the heathens of Britain began. From there, you’ll step onto the North Downs Way and Elham Valley Way, meandering through picturesque villages and peaceful countryside.
