Along the this beautiful walk, you’ll uncover medieval tales, wartime history, and some surprising inhabitants who once called this landscape home. It’s not about rushing from point to point—it’s about seeing the countryside with fresh eyes.
You don’t need to be an expert walker. We’ll tackle several short hills at a steady, manageable pace, with time to pause, enjoy the views, and catch your breath. And because every good journey needs a moment to refuel, we’ll stop for tea or coffee along the route.
As part of National Walking Month, in May, people of all ages, including older adults, are being encouraged to walk more regularly.
